Receiving the Fempreneur Rising Star 2026 recognition from the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs feels deeply special to me. As India’s first female Dastango, this moment is not just a personal milestone, but a celebration of the timeless art of Dastangoi—an art of storytelling that carries centuries of culture, imagination and voice.

Honoured and grateful. I am delighted to be recognised as Fempreneur Rising Star 2026 by the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs. As India’s first female Dastango, it means a lot to see the art of Dastangoi being acknowledged on such platforms. Looking forward to receiving this honour at Lok Bhavan, Dehradun, in the presence of the Honourable Governor of Uttarakhand, Gurmit Singh. Grateful for the love and support that continues to strengthen my journey.
